Order Modification
- No modification of order after 24 hours of placement
- Order can be cancelled before shipment with a handling charge of US$ 10 per order

- Order will be shipped via Hong Kong Post Airmail
- Please write for seperate quotation if you wish to ship by EMS Speedpost, surface mail and / or with insurance
- You will receive a confirmation email at the time of order and when your order is shipped
- A Registered Mail Tracking number will be provided through email for Registered mail order for status checking

- Orders will be processed and shipped in 3 - 4 business days. Normally it will take 5 - 8 business days for delivery
to anywhere worldwide unless at holiday rush time

Taxes and Duties
Customers are responsible for any tax or duty that may incur in their own country.
Returns & Refunds
- All claims should be make within 20 days of the Invoice date through Return Request Form
- For damaged, defective and wrong delivered items, we will pay for return shipping and exchange or refund the merchandise
total.
- If you are unsatisfied with your order for another reason or simply ordered the wrong finish/color, you may return it
for a full merchandise refund or exchange with the following condition :
- You must complete the Return Request Form before return
- Restocking and exchange handling charge of US$ 10 per order
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping back
- You are responsible for the actual postage for exchange of goods. We
will quote and invoice shipping charge for goods exchange.
- The product are still in their orginal packing and in a re-saleable
condition
- Product must be packed properly for shipment back to us
- Please include a copy of the invoice in the package
